1mcuci Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the full terms and conditions governing the use of the 1mcuci platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. The latest version is kept on this page and supersedes all previous versions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1mcuci platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you fully and unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform. Continued use of 1mcuci following any amendments to the terms will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful in your location. 1mcuci reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1mcuci platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 1mcuci will never ask for your password through any communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, except where you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Any changes to personal details — including phone number and banking information — must be updated through the account settings section or by contacting 1mcuci customer support.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All 1mcuci users agree to use the platform in a responsible, lawful, and ethical manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice:
- Attempting to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the platform's technical systems.
- Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through illegitimate means, including the creation of multiple accounts.
- Fraud in financial transactions, including the use of unauthorised cards or accounts.
- Sharing or transferring account balances between users without 1mcuci's approval.
- Any action that violates Malaysian law or applicable local regulations.
1mcuci reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including placing a temporary hold on funds during the investigation. 1mcuci's decisions in such matters are final.
4. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All transactions on the 1mcuci platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed in the deposit and withdrawal sections of your account.
Supported payment methods include online bank transfers via FPX, TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and other local banks listed on the platform. All deposits are processed within the timeframe specified for each method — most options are credited instantly.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your original deposit. Your first withdrawal may require additional identity verification to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. 1mcuci reserves the right to request supporting documents, such as a copy of your ID, before approving any withdrawal.
Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds using unauthorised methods, or through a third-party account, will result in the transaction being declined and your account may be suspended pending further investigation. 1mcuci is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate payment information provided by users.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policies
1mcuci provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose. The platform may experience technical disruptions from time to time due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
1mcuci's liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user and still held in the active account balance at the time the claim is made. 1mcuci is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of anticipated profits, or disruption arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
1mcuci reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these terms, is involved in fraudulent activity, or upon the user's own request. In the event of a suspension, any valid balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is concluded and no breach is confirmed.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 1mcuci customer support. All valid balances will be processed for withdrawal within the stipulated timeframe once the closure request has been received and verified.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments
All content on the 1mcuci platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 1mcuci or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission from 1mcuci.
The 1mcuci platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. 1mcuci has no control over the content of those third-party sites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of such links. Accessing third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
1mcuci reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with a clear effective date. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically. Malaysian law governs any disputes arising from the use of this platform, and exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the relevant courts in Malaysia.
